Lets talk Chamfer! For those who don’t know what a chamfer is - it’s that cool deep angle cut into the side of the table to give the edge that thin feeling effect. It’s the best way to make a thick thing feel slim, and very useful for creating an elegant aesthetic while still maintaining good structure. Because, no one likes anything less than flimsy furniture *cough cough* IKEA *cough cough*. So! We use it a lot. This desk happens to have the chamfer as the main feature. We may be tired of hairpin legs - but for a simple desk this thing is sturdy, simple, and versatile.
